This post is not part of the chain before anyone complains.
Noel you have made my day, thank you so much. The recording you are talking about it the Irony is a dead scene EP and was truly phenomenal. It finished with the unbelievable cover of Aphex Twin - Come to daddy. Now to replicate this track without the use of samplers and drum Machines is amazing, though effects units are used as with most metal - the band have also been known to perform it live.
Dillinger in the studio with the musical genius that is Mike Patton:

The studio recorded version with original Aphex Twin Chris Cunningham directed video

And Dillinger playing it live with the usual singer Greg on vocals

    Now thats some serious druming!!!!!!!!

Ah, Ive completely misunderstood the nature of this thread, I thought it a bit of fun, something light to help get through a working day, didnt realise it was to be taken more seriously. Sorry about the linen on a prayer link Eavsey, I can get too flippant then over sensitive to citicism, and I certainly dont have your knowledge/expertise/breadth in music. So bizarrely feeling out of my depth here now & worried about the "quality" of my links, (well, not that much, but dont need crap on a blog fr gods sake!)
Duncs read back and you'll find I've already said I need to get over myself on this one. Just because I want to learn something on this thread and hopefully allow others to hear music they haven't before, doesn't mean everyone else wants to do the same. I've already acknowledged I have to accept that.
