Here is the latest update of completions. There are 38 in total so far with a new records of 2-23 for the official White Lion start and 2-34 for an (unofficial) en-route start. There have also been a couple of doubles so that is a new category. Still only one lady finisher so far!

Spookster beat me to the double by a week. I went without enough food, like a plonker! All I had was a handful of raisins so left it for a week and missed the first double. However he deserves it and has just completed his BGR. Come on and give it a go folk! As a distance challenge the double is good fun.

Thanks Rodders - list updated. Folk seem to have been busy doing other stuff since May but maybe there will be a few more completions when the summer season is over.

It can be either but I think so far they have been done in reverse. No completions have been logged on here since May so if you have any CVFR mates who have done it recently perhaps you can give them a reminder to log it here.

CCR, both Spookster & myself reversed it. For me it was just for a bit of variety more than anything else.
