I'm already pretty heavily tattooed. My left arm at present is a full sleeve of what was rare stencil artwork in black - something that you didn't really see in tattoos. However since that time some of the artwork on my arm has gone big time such as the banksy piece of the girl holding the bomb and the little known french stencil artist who did the kissing couple that green day have since used for an album cover. And for this reason it has to go. What you have to think about is the black arm and part black leg is part of the bigger picture - on there own they way look strange but by the time I'm done I'll be pretty much covered, I'm not far off as it is. The hope is that the whole of my body will work together, guess you'd have to see whats in my head to get it.
