    My first time on this,great race,hard though.Jez...the v50's is well competitive...wish I'd stayed v45........

    been a bit off it and used turnslack to try and relight the old fire.
    tough race but good running most of the way.
    the hills were hard work and made sure you worked.
    some good performances from many a runner.

    Thanks to Kev, the marshalls and helpers today. Top fell race this and propping myself up on a gravestone in the churchyard at the end of the race I wondered who was in the better condition

    It was a tough race this, but the cup of tea and cake sorted me out at the end!
