Do you have to notify the RO in advance if you've agreed to swap with someone? Can you not just sort it out on the day with the RO?

well if that's the case then fine, but I'd assumed you'd have to arrange swaps in advance - what with the requirement to show experience of ALs etc etc ... ?

if poss, would be nice to know the score before spending £80 and a day travelling up there...
