Thread: Borrowdale Fell Race

    Re: Borrowdale 2010

I'm just going to tell them the name of the person that has kindly agreed to let me have their place and fill in the form then. I can bore them to death with my experience but it'll be my 6th borrowdale so hopefully that'll be ebnough. I know you could lie and pick a name from the list and pretend but that';s not likely to happen in our sport one hopes. I'm going on the day and will sort it then unless the site is updated an advises me otherwise. If someone from BFRs thinks this is a bad idea, pls post and let us all know

    Thanks

This entry is still going - the person who originally took it no longer needs it.

Yeah he knows the route well, its just i'm asking cuz ive told him he can win it but he doesnt think he can so i wanted to know if anyone was doing as well as him. I think he will be deff under 3 hours and come top 5.. check top ten his name will def be there this year.

Whilst thawing out in the Scafell Hotel on Sunday i was looking at the results board and the winning time lately is about 2hrs 50. Your friend is either on for a prize or has missed a bit out!
Yeah hopefully after he has ran a couple sections a couple more times this week he will know some good lines and be a winner! Takes him 53 mins to do scafell pike. Hes awesome, but i'm no good so i am impressed by you guys too!
He is going to do bob graham so if you run lakes regular maybe you could be a pacer for him, if you are around.
good luck for the race, i will be there watching :-D

Hi there, Only just found out that I'm free on the 7th and wondered if anyone had an entry they couldn't fulfill for any reason... It would be greatly appreciated as this is one of my favourites.
    Many thanks
