Must remember next year not to plant so many courgettes ............. just collected a huge bag full this morning
Next year the weather is bound to be unkind to courgettes!

I've no idea of the recipe (except similar to carrot cake) but my courgette-supplying friend made some yesterday & I'm just tucking in
I shall pass the message on to the Missus downstairs, anything is worth a go!!
She's picked the first 2 runner beans this evening, which is pretty early season for us.
Don't talk to me about runners - I could fill the freezer with them - I could go total veggie for the next few weeks just eating runners!!
We've got our first courgette today. However, we've just returned from Mrs Noel's mum's and we've been given some monster courgettes. I had to weigh one for the soup we've just made, and it was 3.75 lbs! The soup was nice - courgette and cheese.

Managed to pass today's crop onto other Clwydian runners tonight, veggie chillie including courgettes for tea
