Rode out to offer support to 3 of our club riders in the National 12 hour today. And the weather was kind at last. 292 miles won it!

You take great photo's Ady!!! Just had a look at that webpage... what camera(s) do you use?
57+ miles into a head wind and a bit of a hill-fest, Rhigos, Bryn Du and the aformentioned side of house climb. Ave only 15.5 but feel those hills!!! Got to do some serious training otherwise I won't be able to keep up with the Orange peril over L'escalier du Diable
No big G today, obviously scared him off with my hill climbing ability on Fri:wink:
yesterdays mountain bike ride was a blast down the Trans Pennine Trail from Leeds to Barnsley and then a more leisurely ride back. 63 mile, really enjoyed it and the sun was out for a change !![]()
Just 55mins worth of Eyeballs out hill reps with the crosser on the rough fire road back of longridge fell
works out at about 1200ft for 6reps![]()
40miles of hills for me then a spin bike session then about 10 miles home. Stripped and cleaned my bike last night and polished it. New brake pads. Oh and I gave it a kiss.
Another new cycling book has arrived from amazon to add to the collection.
Derny paced session at the velodrome... trying out me new pursuit bikewith drops handlebars mind, as not pursuiting, and without its disc but with deep section carbon wheels and tubs... smooth baby, yeah
Had to change the gear on it mind, my mate Steve, from whom I am buying it, rides 88 ins :-O bit small for behind the derny lol, was spinning out at God knows what RPM bouncing about like mad LOL! Decided to make things easier by changing to 51 making it 91.8 ins... phew!
Pursuit bars being tried tomorrow, disc will have to wait till Friday as I haven't got a lockring removing tool to take the 15 sprocket of my old track bike and swap it to the disc that is currently sprocket-less dammit!
