    Nice Hannn.......
Erm, think I am turning into the Cardiff Daz.......another new cycling book for me too to add to the 100 best climbs of two weeks ago. In fact Daz would not go amiss in Cardiff, two cycling clubs, Ajax and Jif, its a no brainer!
Oh, and a swift 35 miler after sneaking away from work, incorporating Cols Roc Blanche (nearly as steep as you know where, but much longer) and the fab mountain road to Llanwonno, dream cycling Then a 30mph stomp down the Porth bypass road to Ponty trying to keep as close to 30 as poss for as long as poss, or until my legs fell off, which was around Trehafod, I think they are still there, having difficulty walking.....

Toff, I am so pleased you are back to good levels of fitness on the bike have you tried running yet, or is that too soon?

Cardiff Daz, I like it I am a member of Cardiff Ajax, and I could have sworn the Jif took the piss when they founded themselves calling themselves Jif (supposedly to mean Just In Front HAH!) and designing a jersey that also looks like a 50's advert for a washing powder LOL! We are getting new kit mind, because we have gained some sponsors... I hope it will be an improvement!

Track again this am, now my legs are tired and achey... Pursuit bars a bit too long, so need to put a shorter stem on and see how they go... may need to hack some bits off the end LOL

    Thats a lovely bike
are we going to reveal the price ?

Toff yes Cardiff Daz. I like it. Pity they kicked our arse at the football last week. Chopra showing us how its done.
Was asked the question about Campagnolo chains the other night and why so expensive. My mate has the newish Record.
Now if your running Campag chains and your wondering if you should spend out about £90 for a new one and have it fitted at the bike shop because the chain tool from Campagnolo is about £300.
    Dont bother
Get a SRAM chain with the Powerlink on it. Doddle to fit and works a treat. Ive run them for 2 years and no problems at all.

Yep, I run Shimano Ultegra and Ultegra/Durac Ace combo's on all my bikes and have used Sram chains for years. Excellent chains for a very good price and the link makes fitting them so easy! I always carry a spare power link with me, in case I break a chain...

Seen in the comic this week

Token tr375 chain catcher for about £11.99 . Def going to fit them on my bikes. Threw the chain the other night. Luckily no frame damage.

Hann I suggest you invest aftervyour chain came off in that race. These are good value.
