    My default 6 mile run out back over High Hill and Warrendale Knotts

    A nice run this evening (apart from the dog rolling in poo that is ) with a couple of nice pictures to boot....

    Plover Hill, Pen y Ghent, Whitber Hill and Sell Gill Pot from Horton

    10 miles and 1,800 feet or so

    Route here

    A fab run out yesterday morning with loads of lovely mud on the top too...

    really do envy how much you get out there and how much you obviously really enjoy it

    Not sure I've got it right way about, focussing on races. I do enjoy it too, obviously, but you can't always say during a race - especially the long ones - that you are really 'enjoying yourself'. Too much pain involved. The enjoyment comes mostly in having finished!

    anyway, I've been sat around feeling sorry for myself with sciatica for a month and this has made me think sod it, just get out there for a jog and enjoy it
