I've got a full on ITB-rolling programme all week this week to see me round injury free, fingers crossed!

Bloomin 'eck!! I did my ankle in at the Ben this weekend but have been for a sneaky run tonight (going against hubbies orders to rest!!) and it sems ok. A little swollen but not much at all!! I will be there at 9.00am even if I have to buy B&Q out of gaffa tape to strap it up!! See you there everyone-(but a slower than "full on steam power" would be appreciated!!

jUST GOT OUT OF THE SHOWER AFTER SCRUBBING FURIOUSLY AT (WHOOPS-CAPS ON) peaty bits whilst avoiding those areas of severe bra chaffage which stung like hell! Feel a million dollars now sat here with my cauliflower cheese and wine, after a gala pie starter!! It was indeed a monster, but a very friendly one at that! particular memories will be sat in the shelter stuffing food down!! Thanks so much SS for organising/devising and to Hursty for being chief leader/navigator! Hope to see you both soon, but not before my injuries settle down! Don't think the Settle Trail will be on tomorrow unless my body has major repairs tonight!! Thanks a million guys!

ps I want to put "Gala pie-its the future" as my "footer" but as my IT skills are as crap as my navigational ones I haven't yet worked it out. ( I still get a description of the icon I want to put instead of the flaming icon!!) I heartily recommend to anyone wanting to impress with their culinary skills, Gala pie for starters.
