I don't really want to spend lots as I won't want to lok at all the cows, sheep and tractors
Entry has been quoted at £6, but we do give a rebate which the RO is currently negotiating/working out.

If the Tour sticks to schedule, it should be over the N side of the Trough of Bowland by 12.30

Thanks to the organisers for a great race and pre race information via e mail. Well marshalled, well flagged and the weather was kind. I am sure RRRR will be back next year even better.

Great little race. After I'd paid to get into the show I can't believe that I got paid £1 to run the race then receive FREE BEER at the finish. The bottle of Bowland Brewery's 'Druids Ruin' went down a treat last night.

Thanks to the organisers ~ including Wheezing Donkey and helper for the water at the finish !

    Any results out yet?

Mark, I've just forwarded a copy of the results to Brett; so I would expect them to be on here (fra website, results page) mid-day (ish).

m.e. What Mark is getting at:- He paid £6 to get into the show; at registration he received a £1 'rebate' ( yes, that makes it a fiver to actually enter the race; BUT, once on the show field he was effectively being paid £1 to run in the race ) plus of course the free bottle of Bowland Brewery's "Druids' Ruin" in the finish funnel. Not quite the same value as a Woodentops race; but we are getting there; and we have to fit in with the HVS itself.
