I must say I also found Grouse's comments offensive - if only he had been talking about cat's!

Cmon anyone that reads this forum regular knows that you make witty comments. What's the fuss about.
I can't belie eve people actually take every comment or post on this forum serious.

My next door cat comes in my house, through the cat flap, and licks the butter.

I always check it for tongue marks before I have a piece of toast.

Any cat part - what's your favourite.

I must admit I did wince a bit at the original comment given the guy appears to be making what appears to be a difficult decision and I hope it pans out.

I am looking for a dog at the moment after putting myself out for someone - having their dog (who was great) only for them to decide they were missing it and having it back, basically we were used as a joint blackmail and behaviour modification tool for the families kids.

Unfortunately the Kelpie would not meet our needs (or us his), however if people are aware of a dog or bitch (we are not bothered about a particular breed and mutts are fine) between 1 and 4 years that needs a good running home let me know. Longdogs and I are already linking on this.

Hello folks . may i just say i didnt take offence and for those who took offence on my behalf thankyou but you should try not let what people say affect you so much unless comments directed at yourself the its your choice weather you wish to defend yourself. But me personally i would rather use my time being happy than waste it on something that really doesnt effect me

Although I would have rather the post was kept for the reason that i posted in the first place and that is to find my dog Joe a good and loving home.

I have someone coming to visit Joe on sat in the hope that they like eachother and see what happens. but i will leave the post as still looking and will update when and if anything changes.

So thank you to the people who took the time out to have a look and with a genuine interest .

Thoes who didnt " Shame on you ! " Ps my local chinese said i would still have to pay for a meal so i told them to stick it
