5 miles on lower fells at 7.30pm with headtorch, nice easy run until I ran into herd of cows.
    Nearly $*** myself.

A short jaunt up and down Black Hill from Wessenden Head in 41 mins. Around a 1000ft up & down. A tad wet. The collapsed peat tube is getting bigger. Beware on Tanky's, it obviously runs under the path!

5.1 miles/700ft (according to mapometer though not fully convinced on the ascent!) on and around around Calverley Millenium Way last night; gym tonight - bike, x-trainer, row, stepper + various leg/arm weight/strengthening exercises.

4 slightly muddy miles along Watery Lane, through Cleatop woods and back over the tops with my furry britches at tea time yesterday followed by another 2 or 3 (very boring) miles running round (and round and round) the running path at the Richard Dunn sports centre in Bradford while daughter numero duo was rugby training.
