Do you need to get some tips on technique from Swoop?

I will be swooping down Mount Famine on Saturday. It worked last year.
From what I hear it should be quite greasy with all the rain you've had in England.
I haven't seen any rain for the last two months, having come over to Spain when it
threatened to rain after Llangynhafal. Expect it will dry up again when I return tomorrow!

Judging by the size of some of the T shirts I have, I reckon JJ is XXXXS!!!! (would say a kiddies size but don't want to offend!)
