o.k. then, following on from the "broken" theme. I suggest
Broken Arrow by Robbie Robertson - a great track from his solo LP (on my vinyl).
Lots of opportunities from there.

As Molehill said Rod Stewart sang In a Broken Dream, he also sang Sailing which was written by Gavin Sutherland who with his brother joined forces with another folk band to become The Sutherland Brothers and Quiver, a jelly may quiver so....
