My GP gave me three options, I took the earliest. If you are given such information ask what type of hospital they are and perhaps go for one that sounds small/private. I also had a shoulder keyhole op and that was subcontracted to a small private one. The accommodation and care was very good.

Thanks Yiannis! I am seeing the GP again tomorrow, about something un-related, but am wanting to discuss this with him...

    Dilemma, please comment.
I want to cycle all winter including work and back and turbo train if the weather is really bad.
Bike 1 is 6 month old Cannondale CAAD9 Triple
Bike 2 is 8 year old Halfords Carrera Compact
Bike 3 is 10 year old Claud Buttler Mountain bike
Which gets set up on the TT as a permanent fixture and which is the winter road bike?

Get a turbo tyre and put it on the rear wheel of the Cannondale and put that on the turbo... Ride the old bike on the road and when the weather gets snowy and the like, use the MTB in stead Sorted!

    Ooh I'm aching
3 x 50 minute hard spin sessions. Biked before and in between the classes.
    That was bloody hard work

Likewise, 20 odd miles on the road, inc a romp up the Garth mountain via the steepest route, just got back as it was getting dark and double spin. Lycra (lots), sweat (lots), just kept my head down and didn't look, just like Daz told me:closed:

    Well done
Double Spin sessions are good mate.

Do a few hrs overtime Trevor and get some rollers. Honestly get some. You will have a good laugh learning to use them and your bike handling will improve. Glad to see your keeping at it through winter. Watch out on that ice in the mornings
