22k bike ride. 1hr sports injury clinic pummeling (& I pay for that!!). Thumbs up on the injury recovery though so hope to be back out running soon. 30 min run drills. :-)
Nice run along the Western Edges of Kinder by way of a recovery after the Wrekin Wrecker. Icy above 1,500' but no snow.

A few miles along Birmingham's canal towpaths this evening I think...
Injury recovery - 5k cross country training route from my house. 1k walk, 1k of 1min walk 1k run, 1k 1min walk 2min run, 1k 1min walk 3min run & finally 1k of 1min walk the rest run. Went straight from work so didnt do the best warm up. Not a good idea and next time I'll go home first then warm up to go out for the run. Was a bit sore on the last k. Good 30 min cool down though
Off to Coventry Runner to get some of those compression shorts as I've heard good things about them. :-)
51 mins jogette. Started in wintry sunshine, finished in thick snowfall, which is now settling.
Me and Fleeter going doing a steady road run tonight......if you drive through saddleworth we are the two guys that look like we have just come out of weightwatchers
Not bad last night, not enough to slow me down at any point. There's a bit of hoar frost around but underfoot there were only a few very easily avoidable smears of ice on some of the slabs and crusty puddles. The boggy peat up at Kinder Low was frozen enough my feet stayed dry as I crunched out a beeline to the trig.
However, it's a lot colder feeling here (Brum!) today...

7m 1250' lunchtime run in local hills. Still blue sky round here but cold.
