F2S for the Broadband service http://www.freedom2surf.net/ and still have most email accounts with Freeserve/Wanadoo/Orange. Very happy with F2S, and the odd time we've had a problem, they've been prompt to follow up with BT over line problems. We would have moved away from BT for the line rental long ago, but we've apparently got "an incompatible product or service on the line".... according to BT.
The incompatible product or service is probably the broadband service, but BT seem incapable of working out what it is (or telling us what it is!), and I'm not prepared to move from F2S just to escape BT's clutches even though it's BT are making it very difficult to get away!
Onetel. They are great, even after being taken over by Carphone Warehouse. Have been with onetel for nearly 10 years now. They have never let me down.
AOL Broadband and no complaints, does OK.

Seems ok but I am having problems with Outlook Express at the moment.
Can receive messages but it won't send them:

It could be to do with your firewall settings, i'd look there first.

Tiscali, not bad, but not brill they recently changed there email settings which is a right pain as i now have to delete everything twice!

I have been with AOL all my internet life but I may change soon.
Two reasons:
1. I can get a far better deal from other ISPs
I should be paying £25.00 per month but I am refusing to pay for the reason stated below.
2. AOL took over four months to sort out a broadband problem.
The problem was between AOL and BT but both parties claimed that my computer was at fault. It took a demand for £1,000 from me and a threat of a court case (for failuring to provide the contractually correct service) before AOL eventually sorted the problem out. I am still waiting for an apology and compensation from AOL.
