Oh and I discovered the fell runner mag falls to bits in the sauna, do you think it's a dodgy glue
Dodgy glue, poxy iphone, the world is falling apart, and your magazine....
Looks like a double spin and lycra session on Thurs next for me, Daz will be impressed I'm sure.

2x20 on the gym bike - usual pain, usual pool of sweat, usual disturbed onlookers

(plus 3-mile commute home with sleet in the eyes ...)

Just getting worried that the sportive on Sunday might be cancelled especially as I had got psyched up to do 60 miles. Not done more than 30 miles in last 25 years

    Not ideal  .
-9.3 degrees on bike comp for my daily commute into work.

Shall be on turbo for a long lunch break watching Beowulf.

Ray may wish he looked like that.

Tony Hopkins is probably a bit unimpressed with his character.

Angelina wouldn't have needed a whole lot of CGI ;-) .

Only about 1:45 for the session, but enjoyed the Beowulf more than No Country For Old Men.

    Bring on the thaw.
