i ran our longest leg 10 1/2 miles i think about 1 hr and 3 mins or sommert
my legs are shagged now big time , suppose to have a club race tommorow and was hoping to do white lion fell on wed but my legs will have to vastly improve
bloody road races , always takes longer to recover than fell
