    I have tried merry

Don't think this is proper or man flu - nasty cough though. And lots of hours at work coming up in the next 7 days, so it might get worse.

I'm in as well... coughing quantities of phlegm over the screen so you'd better all stand well back! B**ger!

well, after a week of convincing myself it was 'just a cold' and getting worse by the day and not better I have succumbed to even daring to admit I may have man-flu??

Managed to drag my sorry self to the doctors this morning and have come home armed with antibiotics and steroids

    ..........off back to bed :boohoo:

    Poor Em

    Antibiotics?? for flu ??

I won't ask about the Steroids just ask for a drug test after you come running passed on the Skyline.

Had a relapse last night, sick twice due to Quattar, Sepp Blatter has a lot to answer for. But I'm not going to let it get to me, I'm going to buy a tree now, Decorate it tonight.

Booo emmi, sounds far more serious than man flu (but don't let the men hear me say that!)

    Hope you get well soon.

As Onehill says, it's clearly a LOT worse than man flu so much so that it's even warranted 1 whole day (give or take copiuos times of getting up to sort the kids) in bed

Skyine?? Have you been filling in my diary on my behalf or is someone running under my name?

    Re: Man Flu

How you feeling after a day in bed emmi? Better I hope?

I am still only suffering a mild dose. Arguably the worst option, since I am now sat on the train to work and am the only non-tourist on it. Damn those happy lively jolly (noisy) people.
