Watched "In Bruges", great film with some cracking lines.

Daz, wtf is this all about?

Ha mate dom is right. It's the self service checkouts. They drive me insane. Doms correct in saying if you have a bag that the weigh thing don't recognize it plunges the shop into chaos.
And sometimes trying to get the dam scanner to pick up the bar code is just tooooo much.

And how many of those bloody hessian bags have I know got in my shed. I just keep forgetting to take them. Next time we need a carpet I'm going to use all the tesco hessian bags that I have got.

Been doing well riding to work in this weather, no falling off, so today gets safely there after 8 miles duelling with impatient car drivers only for bike to slide on the painted warehouse floor taking me down with it, much to the amusement of work colleagues who think i'm daft anyway, so doesn't really matter.

Another 90 mins on my rollers last night. God it was bloody cold in the shed.

Last day at work today for a bit.
The works radio is on full blast, everyone is in high spirits and the cleaners daughter has had her tongue pierced.

    Ho Ho Ho everyone

57 miles today, freezing , really cold. Not quite bernaud hinault 1980 liege conditions but it was bloody cold.
A few bits of ice about and managed to stay upright.
Two pairs of gloves on and still my fingers were frozen. Hooked up with a heanor clarion rider for the run back from matlock. He seemed a bit shocked when I told him we was going to do the climb from the excavator pub in the big ring. Ah well it warmed us up.
First outing for the new snazzy white pro race tyres.
A 6 mile run after and then into a warm bath.
    When's it gonna warm up

Mighty apprehensive about the drive back from Holland tomorrow...

Black ice forecast for tonight and tomorrow morning and the roads were mayhem because of it this morning too...
