Ok here goes; it's time for me to confess too...

Following my 2010 year long binge and training slack-off I now weigh in at 10 stone (is that 140lbs?) I'm 5' 5.5''.

My happiest racing weight is 8st 4 (116lbs) but at that my ribs stick out a bit so I guess I'd settle for 8 and a half (119).

So that's 21lbs or a stone and a half to shed by...ooh....erm.....how fast can I get shot of this if I train twice daily again? Hum...target set for by my birthday at the end of April. :w00t:
