Did you not read what I had for breakfast? Toast & honey (healthy bread, no butter), an oaty smoothie (albeit with milk rather than soya milk - shopping at the weekend), one coffee - green tea the rest of the day. For lunch no pasta tuna (no pasta - shopping at the weekend) so 2 marmite butties, and a load of fruit.

Successfully avoided the remnants of the Xmas biccies, chocs & mince pies at work. All good in the hood Tubs, my body is a temple. *ohmmmmmmmmm*

Borderline anorexics like you softie don't belong on this thread. One good post-healthy breakfast clear-out and you'd have about cracked it on day one. This is more the thread for folk (like me), who've abused their weary bodies for decades and have the guts to prove it

Anyway enough lecturing; I need to go. I've just found six Jaffa Cakes, which I can have as an appetiser before my tea :closed:

One question: does taking the baubles off a Christmas tree and sending my brother a long text message count as cross-training? It's quite a big tree

Agree with the skinny, well behaved folks - hop off, this thread is for fatties

Step away from the Jaffa Cakes DT, step away before it is too late :sneaky:

I resisted the vending machine this afternoon, have been for a little jog, and did some speedy shopping on my lunch break - that has got to be worth a millimetre off the waistline?
