I think I might have to resign from this thread. It looks probable that I'm going to be living in a hotel for most of next week, and possibly a couple of weeks after that...

I think I might have to resign from this thread. It looks probable that I'm going to be living in a hotel for most of next week, and possibly a couple of weeks after that...

Just tell yourself the hotel is infested with cockroaches; you'll lose loads of weight...don't give up!!!

There's cakes in the kitchen (someone's birthday). This is a huge temptation; I've just eaten a banana, and have banished myself from the dangerous cake infested zone. :boohoo:

Survived the weekend. Finished it at the same weight as I started it, despite a huge Italian meal!
