I'm in for my first 3Ps... need to get my hill training in as I died towards the end of tour of pendle and hobbled in with cramping legs....

Jogged the 3Ps in january snow last year - stopped for a bacon butty at ribblehead - i hope you can do that in the race as it worked a treat
