I'm aiming to gradually (probably very gradually) lose 18 pounds, so add 11 pounds to the aggregate unwanted tonnage.
On a positive note I went to circuits again last night and, unlike last week where the top half of my body seized up and I needed help putting on and taking off my jacket for 3 days, I coped pretty darn exceedingly well this time. I still went full on at it but the muscle ravaging of last week seems to have kick started my 'body beautiful' of old and I fully expect my six pack back any time now![]()
