A tough 80 mins of spin tonight then 50 mins in the shed on the rollers. Tough after running last night and the fell race on Sunday.
Legs ached a lot.
Was very cold in the shed as well, roll on light nights when you can just ride in the dry and not be frozen.

Decided to get back on the honey for a bit of added zing.
