Is this still on at 8.30 in the morning MM?
Many thanks for leading the way and helping me round today Tony. It's a cracking route. I look forward to doing it again (a) after a bit more training and (b) on a slightly warmer day (only just defrosted!).

Yes good day out that. Sharp wind and icy in places but not bad for this time of year. It didn't seem to slow down the group from Pudsey & Bramley - they were soon out of sight. They must have been round in under 3 hours.

Squelched round today in 2 hours 17 minutes - splits below. In drier conditions a few more minutes could be knocked off - might have another go later in the year. The tailwind all the way from Stoodley Grange over the Pike and down as far as the woods was appreciated in the closing stages.
Old Town Mill (00:26), Gibson Mill (00.43), Staups Mill (1.15), Stoodley Pike (1.45), Track junction (2.01), Park Cottages (2.10) White Lion (2.17)

P.S. The route is ideal for a wet and windy day as it is really sheltered.
A New Year and a new record already. Congratulations Tom, obviously knowing the route now has made a big difference.
Perhaps I can take the opportunity to throw down the gauntlet to all the clubs in the area to include it in their spring or summer programme and get as many club members round as possible - the record is 8 - not to mention having a crack at some of the other records - ladies, doubles, juniors etc.
Just to clarify is juniors u/18 or u/23...if its u/23 i reckon theres a lot of time to come off it
Trying to plod up hills every day slightly faster than the day before
