    midweek training

    If anyone is interested in some midweek training - Southern Lakes or Dales let me know. I'm keen to get ot tomorrow for a long day (Tuesday)

    4 of us are doing a 3 or 4 hour run in Howgills tomorrow - approx 9.30 am start. All are welcome

    Although not far from me in Lancaster I haven't done much running on the Howgills - it's actually perfect BG training! you can make some seriously hilly routes

    our route was 20kms - but packed in 5,500 feet of ascent in a 3.30 hour run
