I feel ashamed to have to mention I went to the velodrome again, 3rd time this week... for another 3 hours on the boards... we did 58 miles in three hours, including breaks :-O Yes, 't was quite pacey! Legs are now VERY tired, but the knee hasn't felt this good in months!
Put the gear up again from 88 to 90 today, as I found the high cadence I needed to keep up with the guys on Friday was aggravating my knee. Things were much better on the 90![]()
