Not a good couple of weeks for me, long hours at work getting in the way of eating & training properly. 12st5 but body fat up too, 19%.
(That's 173lbs)
Thats all very interesting but we couldn't give a chuff about today's weight; its tomorrow's that counts. And thanks once again for your fancy body fat computations.... which I have to say take the interestingness of your update to unbelieveable levels of extreme interestingness

I've a serious slip up to which I need to confess
Three plates of incredibly rich Punjabi curry, which seemed to be made up largely of double cream, two bottles of Kingfisher and two garlic naan breads. Err, and a large slice of Black Forest gateaux
