    Congratulations OOP! That's brilliant news. It must have been a life changing moment seeing her enter the world, I'm not surprised you were tearful.

    I've been neglecting my haiku diary this year but thought of oneor two whilst cycling back across the moor from Pateley Bridge (it was bitterly cold and I've still got rosy cheeks 7 hours later!).

    the bone-chilling mist -
    creeping along the valley,
    erases the view
