Today's result: 12.3st (171lb). And - I don't care what you think Stolly!- body fat at 18.8%. So still a way to go: Need another 4lb on and for my body fat to go down.
However training and eating is still being disrupted by work: not getting in until 8-8:30, settling down with tea at 9ish, and laptop in front of sofa working on day job and/or my business. Which means too tired/lacking in energy for early morning training.
I'm sure it's just a phase...?![]()
