I quite enjoyed this race today. Plenty of water up there, sometimes I was even glad to run on the road for a break from the mud! Pleased with my time, 3h 7m.

Twas I - were you in the pink fell pony vest - nearly hurled abuse at the vest. Boundless energy dog just got back from a 7m run and is now sleeping. Well done.

Nay AS, I was wearing a blue Rab waterproof & a black running beanie !

Rob, I suffer from that after most of my long races (20+ miles). Today I had to keep getting up after every mouthful of my post race pie & walk round. Always goes after about 20 mins. I put it down to lactic acid, but I'm no doctor !

Great time FR1 !! I keep thinking I was nippy until I see some of the times posted already !

Was going ok until around White Wells then the wheels came off big style. 2 crashing falls and despite all the mud I managed to find the rocky bits

An extremely bruised knee and hip, struggled to the finish 4.50
I'll be crippled until Tuesday probably !!

Most likely smallish wirey black thing, I was the walker in an orange coat. He got a bit lost and was checking the runners for, put him on the lead after. Apologies for that.
