2750 feet of climbing up & down Frodsham Hill. All this training's making me so tired though. My time in Saturday's Anglezarke Amble wasn't fast - I'm just not recovering between runs. Is it going to do me any good or not? I've increased my mileage from 25 to 40 miles a week, and ascent from 4300ft to 7500ft a week with an intense climbing session each week (average for 2010 compared to average so far for 2011). I suppose I'm not going to see any benefit until I try tapering the training off before one event or other. I suppose I'll try that for the Haworth Hobble then, & keep up the pressure until early March. I'll be really fed up if it turns out to be making no difference...
