I've never nattered in a race before and I really enjoyed it, made me forget how many miles were left, think I might do that more often!
You need an eyesight test too Hes!
Nattering is the way forward in long un's, eats up the miles and hours, leaves you with a sense of enjoyment and numbs the pain, and it's free unlike footwear and full body cover:thumbup:

    International Pony Update:
My son-in-law Nico, who's French, made his debut in a 'proper' fell race yesterday at Midgley Moor.
Having borrowed my vest, he appears in the results as the sole member of our new Gallic breakaway group, 'Fell Poney France'.
Maybe Amex could come up with a tricolore vest this year? Or one with a Pony and Coq logo? (Perhaps not. The mind boggles.)

    Hey up all,
Not been on for a long time, so just a quick catch up, Myself and bag of bones as some may call him are going to enter the OLD COUNTY TOps for some strange reason, probably to get beaten to pulp by ML and Mrs C, yes we will be entering as Fell Ponies Mr Amex (is he still on planet).
This Sat, fell pony donning vest at TWA, must have forgotton the pain from last year.:w00t:
Hope to see a few of you soon at various outings, All the best.....

Mrs C reckons Karlos will lead us astray in the mist as he has previous form at this race.

Im not even sure when it is but our entry is indeed in....and im not keen to be on the losing team!
