    Trig,

Even though my thoughtful boss won't give me the night off on Saturday 19th, I still intend to run this. So if you see a blue Citroen Picasso with some one asleep in it at about 7.30 Sunday morning, please don't wake me! Until about 10!

Anyone got a "Do not disturb" sign?

Excellent - you may be Flightess Bird but you re no chicken

You could join Alfa Scud in his camper on the parking field.....or there's always caffine. There will be free tea and coffee from 9.00am - courtesy of the church ladies.

Retirement? Welcome back anyway! It would be great to see the massed ranks of CleM (at the bar) - Any of your speed merchants making the trip over? Just need to warn CVFR.......

Welcome aboard Andy - there's plenty of hills for you up here - you'll particularly enjoy the nice little surprise at the end. Is it prodigal son's return?
Yacht race sounds awesome - when is it? We could try something similar up here (Rochdale Canal and Stoodley Pike) with narrow boats........

I'll try. Think I got a touch too much sun on my 3hr run this morning!

3 peaks yacht race starts 25 June and ends 3+ days later when we get down from Ben Nevis. LOL at the Rochdale canal Stoodley Pike narrowboat race
