OHW, you can easily change that to:

get up, weigh myself *(before breakfast) ...drop off poorly car at the garage, get to the hairdressers (on public transport no less!), get from the hairdressers to work (somehow, but not running or I will mess up new 'do'), at lunch time go and pick up the car from the garage not-poorly-anymore, then go back to work, finish my last day at current job and then go out on the lash with work colleagues!!




*assuming you have scales at home of course.
