    Friday 50 lengths in the pool
    Sat 30 miles on the bike 1.5 hours in the gym
    Sun 20 miles on the bike (would have been longer but got apuncture and my spare tube had a split valve so had to fix it on the side of the road, got cold and p***ed off so went home ) plus another 1.5 hours in the gym

    Groin feels alot better this morning! Going to try a gentle jog tonight! I'm going to have to do something with winter hill coming up and eff all training done!

    Sunday:
    45min run at 6am, 45 TT bike at 4pm

    Monday:
    45min run at 5:30am, 8miles cycle to work, cycle back later today

    waiting for AT op, hopefully this month. Training a lot more in a year time, hopefully.

    Saturday 9 Hilly miles on the road (early morning run)

    Sunday 16 Hilly miles on the road (even earlier morning run)

    Both runs at around 7.5 min/mile averages

    Monday 2 walks with dog

    54 lengths of 33 yard pool at Rochdale baths in dinner time swim lane.

    27 free-style, 27 breast-stroke alternating each length.

    Surprisingly enjoyable session.

    Done a few slow miles on the bike last couple of days as I thought the pain in my ribs was easing.

    Just now tried to go for a slow and gentle jog - not a chance really. did 2 miles but it was really painful and not helping me at all.

    Just gonna have to rest - cest la vie

    First run in 10 days!

    Groin a bit sore all the way round but not too bad, probably go out again on weds, same pace but a bike longer.
    Only 5.5 miles and a shocking 41 mins but it was a proper jog rather than run!

    Sat at the gym at the moment having come here for a swim only to find the pool full of the breast stroke mafia so did about 10 lenghts and sat in the sauna and steam room

    lost me hat due to windy weather.. had to go for a little waddle to get it back ..

    6 miles about 1500ft climbing.. covered in mud soaked wet through great run
