    Hi Richard
We have a big field (£1 - for the church funds) - marshalls and signs wil guide you in - but try to access the village from the top (Slack end) as the narrow cobbled streets will be packed
If you re coming from "The Dark Side" Widdop Road is open
    See you tomorrow!

    Hi Liam
Still after a lift? Bus is one option - they connect well with trains and take 10mins to get up here - but may be able to get you a lift - what time is your train due in?
Will send you a PM with my number if you need to keep in touch

If only Liam, we dream of living in Droitwich here in Birmingham-on-Sea, where the two rivers and the canal meet up!

Great stuff TT - did the flagging tonight you'll be fine - apart from CP1 to CP2 you'll find the route no problems

Drizzle?! I thought you were ordering some sun, Steve? A blot on your otherwise thus far impeccable RO copy book.

Few rough pics from early on, a couple of miles in, along Acre Lane.

(missed leader from CV as camera turned self off!)

Nice one Buddy! Winning time approx 2 hours - Ben Mounsey (I think!) he seemed to be leading for most of the race.

Excellent race bit of everything trail, fell and bog, with the toughest hills at the end, whoever put that last one in needs their balls removing and putting in a bag. (I have a friend who has a burberry bag for this very purpose)

    Thrashed again by Andy A.

Wharfdale showed their true colors as Colin Moses tried to rugby tackle me on my sprint finish stopping me beating Paul Crabtree.

Must thank Stef F for stopping a van reversing into me and saving my life, apparently Stolly found out and has taken a contract out on her.

Thanks to Trig and his team - your lives will seem so empty now this is over.

Well done all - runners, organisers and marshals. A few pics here http://www.flickr.com/photos/jellybabyfairy/
Sorry there's so few, and some are a bit pants. I missed the front runners trying to get the kids out the car and into waterproofs, and then missed a whole load more runners when I had to get the 2 year old back out the waterproofs for a wee!
