I have a Tesco's ready made meal in the fridge I plan to have after my run today but it hit its expiry date yesterday so I have got to ask myself "Do you feel lucky Alf?"

I resisted the 10.15 KitKat, but think I might have the bacon buttie I didn't have for breakfast for my dinner :closed:

There'll be that much salt, fat, sugar and preservatives in the ready meal that it'd be fine until the end of the year at least. Enjoy! :closed:

stepped on the scales, stepped off the scales and onto a diet. All that beer has caught up with me

12 1/4 stone nothing drastic required but a half stone lighter would be nice. The belly could at least stay still when running

apparently the Manchester engineers go out for lunch every Friday... It would've been rude not to join them on my first week. Bumper fish finger butty.
I am sweating the weight off now on a stupidly rammed train :closed:

19% GDA sugar, 23% GDA fat (9% GDA saturated), 40% GDA salt
