    Lovely day out with the Leek,Stoke crew (dale, Ant, Tracy, George, Jon) around the moelwyns leg of the PBR,GPS track 23 miles capel to Aberglasyn which included a few wrong turns!

    Cracking 16.5 miles in the hazy sun this afternoon from work. Over Baildon, Burley, Rombalds & Ilkley Moor. Smashing stuff.

    A very easy paced outing over the local patch, 14 miles with 3240ft ascent

    Sluggish after a rest phase but the legs will start working again soon enough... hopefully

    Sunday- my garmin was not working :thunbdown: so guess about 13 mile 2,500ft climb Up Boulsworth and back through Wycoller!

    Today- boxing 30 mins followed by 6 x 3mins intervals on treadmill total 4.5 mile 36 mins total.

    Starting to get the speed back in my legs!!! :thumbup:

    16/17 miles. hope to loosehill-Hollins-Edale-Grinsbrook Knoll-Dozen route to Jacobs and then back via Brown Knoll-Mamtor etc.Good day still dry underfoot.

    1st run for 6 weeks
    Did 4.5 miles was ok for 3 then knee started hurting again, glad to be able to run 3 miles pain free but gutted pain come back.
    Bit more rest take it slow , hopefully be back running ok soon
