    Hey up...its the one with the plait here Great race and so good to catch up with everyone (well not literally...some of you I'll never catch up!). Yes, I did meet the Rev and I behaved myself

    Off to do some yoga to stretch out my aching limbs!

    Well done everyone. That was a touch warm. Where on earth did Little Roseberry come from, I've never noticed it before. Next time I will give it the respect it deserves.

    nice meetn the folks I met today the race wasnt bad either! Stopped off in Albert park, middlesboro on the way home for a nap in the sun, I was exhausted, I could barely turn the pedals on my bike by the time I got home to Hartlepool. Look a bit like a lobster now

    That's some stamina, especially after burning the candle at both ends! (well that's what AK told me!)

    haha ye I was out rather late saturday night ( well your only 35 once! ) 4 a.m. when i got t bed and 730 when my alarm woke me up, could quite easily have rolled over as I felt rough as a badgers....glad I made the effort though

    Gosh..you put us all to shame Rev! I hadn't realised you'd had no sleep and were hungover and still cycled 60m and ran a great race.

    Had a great race and the weather was gorgeous with a nice breeze. I enjoyed it far too much which begs the question...did I not work hard enough?!

    Got back from lakes last night full inspiration and some great ideas for painting, but its now 'Monday' back at work and the ideas are fading fast :thunbdown:
