6 mile run last night followed by a weight session for 1/2 an hour.
Today though we got smashed in PT on an Abs circuit... The 1000 Abs challenge
20 Crunches
20 Situps left knee
20 Situps right knee
20 Reverse crunch
20 Ultimate V-Sits
followed by a 400m run
