A KitKat is generally regarded as a berry but well-informed nutritionists will tell you it's actually a fruit, and therefore eligible for inclusion in one's 'five a day' :closed:

Poacher turned game-keeper
Hmmm, looks suspiciously like a tasty tempting 'treat' to me DT. Treats (other than wine) are not allowed :closed:

Out of interest do people have target weights? If so what are they? Im aiming for about 11st give or take a few pounds. So still got 19 pounds to go

Below 168lb or sub 12st is the target. (only 6lb to go)
Then to maintain that weight as I try to improve my general fitness.
That will be a fair effort from a lad floating around 14st at Christmas.
I'm 5'11 66KG (10.5stone/~147lb, or lighter after visit to the toilet). My only target is to build up my sparrow legs (been tryin' for years).
I started adding target weight to the list, and a few other people added too, but they've all gone now
my target is 12'4 in advance of my BG at the beginning of June
done 2 long runs recently - I was 12'3 2 days ago and 12'1 after today's run :w00t:
I've not stopped eating since I got in and am currently scoffing Mini Eggs, so will go back up a few pounds, but boding well generally
I ate some easter eggs
But back on the good healthy eating today
I went from 13 stone 1 at the start to 12 stone which was my target. This was achieved generally by upping my mileage while training for the 3 Peaks rather than particularly cutting down on food. However, I've now hurt my knee and spent a lot of the last weekend comfort eating/drinking. I dare not weigh myself now.
When is the next weigh in?
