I looked at the splits and we were about level most the way round. Saw you a few times. You must have passed me around the drinks station. I was (or am) a small fella in a Horsforth vest. Good running at the end there - I found that very hard going

Cheers. Sulber Nik never get's any easier ! It's a strange one, because having reached the top of Ingleborough I always tell myself it's all downhill & a walk in the park ! But in many ways it's the hardest bit of the race for me. It didn't help having a fellow Harrier telling me "40 minutes to get to the bottom" to break the 4 hour mark !

    Re: Three Peaks Fell Race

I had a great day on Saturday. Ran a good race (by my standards that is), met loads of nice people, never saw any litter and I wasn't even aware that hat and gloves was such an issue.

Then again, my glass is always half full although later on in the pub my glass seemed to empty rather quickly..

Bring on next years 3 peaks!

Eirik, were you were wearing a white t-shirt by any chance ? I think I saw you at some point. What time did you do ?

Jepp, I was wearing a white Valley Striders vest. Got 3.55.02 which was a PB by 17 seconds!!

I am doing Wharfedale and Mont Blanc Marathon again this year so I better keep up my training.
