good to get out and see everyone running this race...that wind was a bit harsh. I spectated and Zephr ran; he's written a short blog for anyone interested....http://globaltherapies.blogspot.com/...horseshoe.html
he's No778 in the pic on the final descent. interesting to see various techniques for getting over the stile at the bottom, including one guy who failed to gain any height and ran straight into the fence...ouch! was that you barnyc?

Well well.. its amazing what you find while searching for the results...
I was suprised there was'nt a safety pin bin at regestration as there is around here...not exactly expensive are they!

This is 'now' the main fell club http://www.eskvalleyfellclub.org/ around here...free safety pins!......

So why should it be left to the organiser to supply you with pins when he does everything else for you as well?

Previously I was with http://www.nym.ac/ ... yes ... lovely pic and that is what it's like.!!

Theres many races were you dont get pins. They ran out at coledale, and some dark peak races you write your number on your wrist. Why not go out and buy a bag yourself like i have. Des has enough on his plate organising several races a year. Simple.

    Hi Gord
Some races you get them some you don't, I'm presuming you've done a few where you did get them? what did you do with them? all mine go into the Ash Tray ready for the next time?

I found a safety pin on the Lad's Leap descent last week. No reasonable offer refused, or else it's going on ebay.
