spent the afternoon in one hill wonders back yard ( ie notts city ) watching all the women in summer dresses.
so many different beauties it was unbelievable
all shapes and sizes, and all for free.

might go to the pub tonight but i may do shining cliffs in morning then again i fancy a long run tommorow.
